Why give?

As a church almost all of our income comes from the direct giving of our church family, so giving to the General Fund helps cover the various ministries of the church including staffing, pastoral needs, outreach, administration and building costs. In addition it also supports global mission.

If you wish to support the church then this can be by giving a regular amount by standing order or individual gifts from time to time. If you are a tax payer then it may be possible to claim Gift aid to increase the value of the gift.

How to give

Standing Order
The most efficient method is to make a direct bank payment using online banking. This can be done for one-off gifts as well as recurring payments.

To set up a standing order, please download and fill out this form and return to the church office.

In person
You can give in person on Sundays by putting a donation in our offering box at the back of the church.

Gift aid
Kensington Baptist Church is a registered charity which means we can claim back 25p in every pound donated.

If you are a UK taxpayer, please complete a Gift Aid Form which you can download here, and email it back to us at officeadmin@kenbaptist.org. Paper copies of Gift Aid Declarations are also available from the church office.
